Cancelation Policy

Instead of a cancelation policy we use a 2-strike system. Because of our philosophy ‘that we cannot want it more than you’, this system allows us to focus and prioritize on those committed to getting better. Excessive rescheduling or canceling in a 3-month period will result in us politely asking you to find another facility that can accommodate your challenging schedule. No Call, No Shows are extremely disrespectful in any industry, with the exception of family or medical emergency, we do not rebook those who cannot show us the same basic respect by sending a text to cancel in advance
